In a central urban demolition project in Southeast Asia, the construction team faced multiple constraints: narrow job site, restricted vehicle access, and strict environmental controls on dust and noise. To address these, the client chose a compact tracked mini mobile crusher as the main equipment for on-site construction waste processing.

The compact crusher is easily transportable using a forklift or small crane, enabling deployment inside buildings or underground spaces. It processes concrete blocks, tiles, and masonry into uniformly sized recycled aggregates. These are then reused directly for backfill, temporary roads, or even as supplementary materials for municipal construction.

Occupying less than 6 square meters, the mini crusher was small enough to enter upper floors via elevator shafts or alleyways. It dramatically improved demolition efficiency while maintaining low noise and dust levels, complying with urban environmental standards.
