MAM NK series wheeled mobile crushers have a production capacity of 100-500 t/h and are available in more than 30 different models. They adopt an overall modular design and can easily switch between other parts. To improve production efficiency and ensure trouble-free operation, we have developed a high-performance main unit specifically for wheeled mobile crushers. This unit maximizes production efficiency, simplifies maintenance and adjustments, and effectively improves production capacity and product quality.
All components are installed on the vehicle and equipped with a hydraulic adjustment system. They can be transported without disassembly, facilitating on-site installation. The vehicle-mounted belt conveyor also allows for flexible installation and relocation. Since no cranes or conveyor erection are required, production setup and changeovers can be completed quickly.
To clear the need for a concrete foundation entirely, our wheeled crusher body has been optimized for excellent stability. It is equipped with adjustable or hydraulic outriggers, allowing the chassis to be leveled. It can be quickly put into operation simply by placing it on solid ground, requiring virtually no groundwork or foundation installation.
MAM NK series wheeled crushers adopt an integrated automated control system, Siemens PLC centralized control, and set up a simple and clear touch screen design, using "one key start" and "one key stop" to truly realize automatic production. The crusher can be started and stopped according to the set order and time, maximizing protection equipment and greatly reducing the equipment malfunction rate.
