Introduction

Correcting Initial Requirements
To ensure crusher reliability and structural safety, before finalizing the configuration, our engineers reviewed customer's original request and clarified three key technical points:
Point 1: Wear-part Metallurgy
Under standard MAM configuration, jaw crusher uses Manganese 13 (Mn13) for its wear parts. The cone crusher uses high-performance Manganese 18 (Mn18) to stand high abrasiveness of granite.
Point 2: Power System Integration
A mobile crusher comes with its power source fully integrated into machine. Unlike a stationary crushing plant, operators cannot separate and reassign power sources for individual components. (Related Post: Mobile vs stationary crushing plant >>)
This means mobile crusher plant cannot power its conveyor with solar energy. Solar energy also depends heavily on weather conditions and lacks stability, so it is not suitable for this industrial application.
Point 3: Output Sizes
Due to the large number of required output sizes, a single configuration cannot output seven different finished products at the same time. A standard 3-layer screen can produce three finished sizes and one return material size at one time.
Therefore, we recommend custome uses different screen mesh sizes and exchange them out during different production cycles. This allows operators to get different output sizes and suit different market demands.
Mesh Configuration Examples:
To produce 0–5 mm, 5–15 mm, and 15–35 mm aggregates, install three screen meshes with openings of 5 mm, 15 mm, and 35 mm.
To produce 0–6 mm, 6–10 mm, and 10–14 mm aggregates, install three screen meshes with openings of 6 mm, 10 mm, and 14 mm.
To produce 0–31.5 mm and 40–60 mm aggregates, install three screen meshes with apertures of 31.5 mm, 40 mm, and 60 mm.

MAM standard configuration uses a hydraulic cone crusher, it applies inter-particle (laminated) crushing to produce a better particle shape than spring cone crusher. It also features a Siemens PLC intelligent control system.
The spring cone crusher costs less, but produces a lower-quality particle shape and makes adjusting discharge opening more difficult.

3. The standard hydraulic system is suitable for environments with an altitude not exceeding 2,000 meters and a temperature range of -20°C to +40°C.
4. The standard electrical control system is suitable for environments with an altitude not exceeding 1,000 meters and a temperature range of -5°C to +40°C; power supply voltage of 380 V ±5%, 50 Hz ±1 Hz. The installed power is total power of the standard equipment.
